<p>&nbsp;１、看書</p>



<p>看書是最輕鬆的，可以隨時開始，也能隨時停止，較不傷眼睛。美食書籍多附有精美相片，養生保健的書更是鉅細靡遺，歷史書籍涵蓋多少古人的經驗，可以讓我們趨吉避凶&#8212;&#8212;&#8211;<sup>。</sup></p>

<p>電視節目種類之多，玲瑯滿目。新聞：隨時掌握最新狀況，至少知道三級防疫要延到６月１４日，嗚嗚嗚。追電影或影集：種類很多，有大陸劇（從前看歷史劇及宮鬥劇，現在則開始看他們的現代劇，還真別說，男的俊俏女的美），韓劇，日劇（其實我最欣賞的還是日據，心理層面刻畫的較深入），歐美劇就我個人來看，分純商業片及我比較少接觸的藝術成份高的影片，由於疫情，我也開始慢慢看這類叫好不叫座的影片囉。但電影或是電視影集，就像說故事般，有劇情，令人期待，又打發時間，偶而有些話語又啟發思維，覺得收獲很多。有些劇結局有新意，像是體會另一個人生一般。豈一個妙哉可形容。</p>

<p>&nbsp;3、簡易的運動或坐按擵椅</p>



<p>待在家裡，終究還是要動一動，否則吃進去的東西，終歸，變成慘不忍睹的外貌。做個電視節目中某位大師教的健康操，跳個廣場舞（嗯，廣場舞好像應該在廣場跳喔?!）能流個汗也不錯，新陳代謝也會好一點。家裡有按摩椅的，此時此刻一定要坐下來好好享受一下美好的全身壓滾，滾輪在身軀流暢滾動， 一般坐個30分鐘，筋骨都會舒暢不少。</p>

<p>為家人下廚開發新菜單，對自己跟家人好一些。既然都不能外食了，在家也要吃好料，煮個費時費力的大餐也不錯，練習一下刀功，青菜都來個切絲，豆腐更是來個切丁，要葷的，切個肉絲（雞鴨牛豬羊均可），搞出一整桌豐富又營養的餐點，賞心悅目，也再度證明，老娘我不是吃素的！！）</p>

<p>做個下午茶，如；舒芙雷或鬆餅&#8230;也不錯。自己做的，少糖少油。泡壺茶或咖啡，慢慢品嘗，在磨咖啡豆過程中，時間緩慢，聞著豆香，整個人意境提升，人生又彩色了。</p>

<p>畫圖或折紙是非常療癒的。拿一張紙就可以畫，也可以折，不是很有趣?　有小孩在家的，也可以讓他們一起做，馬上有成品，瞬間有成就感。</p>

<p>&nbsp;7、掃灑,洗衣服，曬棉被</p>



<p>每日在家，也是要清潔的。打掃就會花費一些時間的，舊東西更要整理一下，整理過程，看到一些相片，喚起美好記憶。看到一個放置許久的東西，更應該發揮斷捨離的決心，拋了身心俱爽。看到老公正翹著二郎腿看雜誌，心想：是不是應該連這個東西一起丟了？！打掃清潔衛生做的好，疾病不上身，看到整齊乾淨的家，身心愉快。最後將棉被拿出來曬曬陽光，毯掉灰塵（記得戴好口罩咧！）</p>

<p>最近這幾年，養寵物風氣盛行，從天筑鼠、金魚、小白兔、各式犬貓到現在也有更多的爬蟲頪選擇。照顧他們，也是要費一番功夫，但也是會有貼心的回報，尤其狗狗更是忠心及信任你。當然小編家裡沒有養貓，所以無法說出養貓的貼心處。</p>

<p>透天的房子有院子，大樓的有陽台，在戶外種些花花草草，香草植物或常綠植物，既是賞心又悅目。植物強靭的生命力，令人欣賞且敬佩，花卉及盆栽植物各有其型態及風姿，各式各樣地呈現在戶外的角落一偶，向陽的讓人有樂觀的啓發，澆水及修剪，除草能讓你忙一會兒。何時該加個養料，加甚麼養料，也是學問啊！</p>

<p>現在所有的社區課程全部停課，其實在網路上有許多學習的課程，上個英日文課程不錯，來個書法精進更是好，最近看老公在看象棋解棋的影片，心想，真是各取所需。任何課程都有某一些人的需求，有些課有啓發及深思的功效，讓你的人生更多元的展開。有時放緃一下自己，打個電動，看著積分增加，有更上層樓的感覺。</p>
